Agri-Business Technology-Equitation Option
The equitation option is provided for students who have an interest in working in the horse industry. Students work with young horses to acquire the basics of training and also receive instruction that prepares them for careers in horse production. This is a hands-on program in which students participate in practical application of the knowledge that was previously learned in classes. Students will use their training for everyday practical use on the farm or ranch as well as in Ag-related industry positions. The program is also designed for students who plan to pursue an advanced university degree in the field. |
