Saturday, April 6th Dawson Community College will be hosting Dakota College-Bottineau here on campus for a double header. The Buccaneers would like to invite you out to the ballgame and celebrate the "Reopening of Kolberg Field."
The Bucs haven't been able to play on the field for two years, but the field is now ready for action.
In celebration, we will have Gordon Kolberg throw out the first pitch for Saturday's game and recognize several individuals who have made it all possible.
The DCC Baseball team assisted Chuck Page, the general manager at Cottonwood Country Club in Glendive, and his staff this week. Together they covered all nine greens as well as the practice green of the golf course. This was the first year that they have covered all the greens. Good job Bucs!
