About Coach Mast
Coach Don Mast is entering his 21st season as Head Coach of Men's basketball at DCC. Mast has spent 31 years as a basketball coach with a career record of 553 wins and 344 losses. His record as DCC coach is 398 wins and 257 losses. Mast has the great distinction of being the longest tenured men's college coach in the state of Montana.
Coach Mast and his wife Brenda have two daughters, Kelsey and Abbey.
About Assistant Coach Tibbs
Marlon Tibbs is entering his fifth year as the Men's Basketball Assistant Coach and his fourth year as the Women's Basketball Assistant Coach. Coach Tibbs is from East St. Louis, Illinois and played for the Buccaneers prior to becoming a member of the coaching staff. Coach Tibbs duties include on the floor coaching, individual player development, strength and conditioning, recruiting, scouting and day to day basketball operations. Coach Tibbs is also the Assistant Athletic Director.
About Assistant Coach Sikveland
Mike Sikveland is assisting Don again this season and is from Winnett, Montana. He played for the Bucs during the 1991-92 and 1992-93 seasons and completed his college career at Jamestown College. Mike is also the Student Housing Director at Dawson.
