Every year, Dawson Community College theater department presents a fall and spring event. Last year's fall play was the drama Frontier Justice 1898, and in the spring a comedy A Nice Family Gathering. This year, director Ron Conrad, begins the season with a hilarious hit from Seattle called Inspecting Carol written by Daniel Sullivan.
Montana Repertory Theatre's Educational Outreach Tour is proud to announce the opening of this year's Fall touring show - An Unladylike Battle for Survival in the Sunnyside Library. Directed by Montana Rep Educational Outreach Coordinator Teresa Waldorf, this two-person show stars Kristin Moriarty and Ryan Luwe in yet another hilarious comedy by Jay Kettering.
Ron Conrad's direction of "A Nice Family Gathering," a comedy by Phil Olson, is a welcome summons to witness the chaos of a dysfunctional family reunion, complete with a patriarchal ghost.
Dawson Community College Theater Department will present a true turn of the century murder mystery entitled: 'Frontier Justice 1898', written by John M. Watkins Ed.D. and directed by Ron Conrad. This play is a unique Glendive historical drama about one of the most fearless officers in the state of Montana-Sheriff Dominick Cavanaugh.
Dawson Community College Theater Department will present the hilariously funny play entitled: The Foreigner written by Larry Shue and directed by Ron Conrad. This play is a sentimental, often hilarious farce, full of loopy jokes with a gentle lesson about tolerance and friendship slipped in unobtrusively.
First produced at the Milwaukee (Wisconsin) Repertory Theatre in January of 1983 it eventually won two Obie Awards and two Outer Critics Circle Awards, including Best New American Play and Best Off-Broadway Production.

The Dawson Community College Theater Department proudly presents it’s Spring Production entitled “The Performance, An Actor’s Studio” on Friday & Saturday, March 26th & 27th at 7:00 P.M. both nights. The show will be in the Toepke Center Theater on the DCC Campus.
Dawson Community College’s theater production of Neil Simon’s “The Odd Couple” will take the stage for two nights November 13th and 14th at 7:00 PM in the Toepke Center Theater on the DCC campus.
