POSITION: Assistant Athletic Director
DEPARTMENT: Athletics / Student Services
ACCOUNTABLE TO: Athletic Director
SALARY: Grade 9, $ 11.94 per hour. Part-time with benefits
SUMMARY OF WORK:
Position is responsible for all day-to-day operations of the athletic department, such as scheduling practices and home game procedures.
Nature of Work: This position performs duties which require attention to detail, organizational skills and recruitment. Position works mainly within the athletic department.
Essential Functions: This position requires the ability to communicate effectively, adhere to written policies and procedures, prioritize daily work responsibilities, and coordinate schedules of events, officials and concessions. (See attached job description)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
The above knowledge, skills, and abilities are typically acquired through a combination of education and experience equivalent to:
--High School diploma.
--Associates Degree in related field.
--At least two years related experience.
--Must possess a valid, Montana driver’s license.
