Entrance Counseling
Students who borrow any Federal Student Loan (Stafford or Perkins, be sure you know which you have been awarded) are required to complete an Entrance Loan Counseling Session before they receive their first loan disbursement. You may complete this requirement by using this on-line Entrance Loan Counseling session.

Exit Counseling
Students who borrow any Federal Student Loan are required to complete an Exit Loan Counseling Session when they graduate, withdraw, or drop below half time status. DCC prefers to offer group exit counseling sessions during the spring semester. Students are notified of the date and times these sessions are offered. However, you may complete this requirement by using this on-line Exit Loan Counseling session.
