All applicants must be able to relocate to any one of our locations within the 27 states for both the training portion & placement. Retail, sales, and management experience preferred.

As a Manager In Training (MIT) at Vanity, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to learn what it takes to manage a store of your own. You’ll learn how to coach, lead and drive sales through staffing, training, and developing your team.

Within this program, you will acquire the following responsibilities and learn to:
• Understand and identify sales opportunities to increase sales volume
• Meet and exceed store sales metrics and shrink goals established by the company
• Identify, recruit, and lead others with the same passion for selling fashion
• Provide daily coaching, clear expectations, to train and direct your team to exceed customer expectations

After successful completion of our four month program at training site, you’ll be ready to manage one of your own Vanity stores solo.
