This position provides visitation services for identified children who reside in foster care homes, and role modeling during the supervised visitation sessions, paying specific attention to family interactions. Provides skill-building services, assessment, evaluation, and transportation as necessary. 15-20 hours per week. $11 per hour.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Two years job experience working with families in a home based setting, preferred. Must demonstrate personal characteristics that include being nonjudgmental and compassionate. Must have strong computer skill. Ability to work with other professionals in a team approach. Ability to teach daily living skills to parents and children. Ability to model teaching methods. Ability to prepare and keep routine records and reports. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Ability to relate to and establish trusting relationships with families. Ability to focus on the family as a the primary unit of service. Ability to relate to people in a crisis situation to make quick and independent decisions.
Education:

Location:
120 West Towne, Glendive, MT with travel to surrounding areas.
