All applicants must be able to commit to a four month “in-store” training program which entails relocation to any one of our 173 stores in 26 states for the training portion. Upon completion of the program, MIT will again relocate and be placed in a Store Management position.
As a Manager in Training (MIT), you will have the exciting opportunity to learn what it takes to manage a store of your own. You will learn how to coach, lead, and drive sales through staffing, training, and developing your team.
Within this program, you will acquire the following responsibilities and learn to:
• Identify, recruit, and manage others who have the same passion for selling fashion
• Provide daily coaching and clear expectations to train and direct your team to exceed customer expectations
• Understand and identify sales opportunities to increase sales volume
• Meet and exceed store sales metrics and shrink goals established by the company
Upon successful completion of our four month training program, you will be ready to manage one of your own stores solo!
Qualifications & Benefits
We are looking for strong leadership and retail sales experience. All candidates must be 18 years of age or older with a High School degree or GED equivalent. Relocation required.
