Northwest Farm Credit Services announced that its Rural Community Grant Program is funding $1500 to the Dawson College Foundation in support of the Dawson Community College Walking Track Resurfacing Project.  Gill Gasper, Credit Officer for Northwest Farm Credit Services in Sidney, presented the check to Joyce Ayre, Dawson Community College Athletic Director.  Northwest Farm Credit Services is committed to improving the economic and social well-being of rural communities throughout the Northwest.  The walking track project will provide a cushioned surface to prevent injuries for walkers and joggers.  The project will benefit the entire community who are encouraged to use the Toepke Center fitness facilities year-round.
