Hunter Balmer Ranked 14th Leading Hitter in the Country
Hunter Balmer out of Brigham City, UT is now currently the 14th leading hitter in NJCAA Division II baseball for the Dawson Community College Buccaneers in Glendive, Montana.
Hunter (#11) is 6'2" and has a .449 batting average at this point in the season. "Hunter is an exceptional player and he is having a great year," said Head Baseball Coach Aaron Carroll. "He hits third in our line-up. He also leads the Bucs in RBI's. Hunter plays shortstop and has been solid for us defensively as well."
The DCC baseball team has 7 more regular season games to play before hosting the Regional Tournament on Saturday and Sunday, May 12 and 13.
