Aaron Carroll became head coach of the Buccaneer baseball program fall 2011. Coach Carroll brings ten years of baseball collegiate coaching experience to DCC. He spent the last seven years as head coach of Chowan University which is a NCAA Division III program in Murfreesboro, NC. His career record is 279-225-2.

Jim LeProwse brings with him more than 15 years of coaching experience in softball, baseball, football and track. Most notably, he has spent three years developing, building and coaching the Montana Tech fast pitch program, a club team that has successfully competed against club and intercollegiate teams across the region.

Don Mast Dawson Community College men's coach Don Mast has more wins than other men's coach in state history. In 22 years at Dawson Don's teams have won 406 games and lost 266!

Men's Basketball Recruiting Form
Tracey Clingingsmith is in her third year as head coach at Dawson Community College. Tracey is a graduate of DCC and continued her education at Dickinson State University. Coach Clingingsmith's experience coaching was a result of being an assistant at Emmanuel College in Boston, Massachusetts for three seasons prior to moving back to Montana.
Women's Basketball Recruiting Form
Rod Paschke is in his 11th season as the head coach of the DCC Rodeo Team. He competed in college for Casper and at the University of Wyoming-Laramie. Rod has been a qualifier for many years in the Badlands and Montana Pro Rodeo Circuit in Steer Wrestling. This past year, Rod was named the Big Sky Coach of the Year and Big Sky Regional Faculty Director.
