The Dawson Community College admissions team will hold View Day November 11, 2013 from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Once again the college is offering a Tuition Drawing for 2014-15. Those who enter must participate in View Day to win. (Drawing is for Fall/Spring tuition-in state value). The winner is announced at lunch on View Day.
Anyone curious about college transfer programs, degrees, or certificates should join us on-campus in Glendive. Prospective students can look forward to a day of discovery tailored to their interests and coordinated by the DCC admissions team. Campus View Day visits include, advice from the admissions team, parent and student information sessions, guided tours by student ambassadors, face time with faculty and coaches, a classroom experience, a tour of the DCC campus and lunch in the Jolly Roger Galley.

Prospective students who are unable to attend View Day are always welcome to schedule a personal visit at a time that is convenient for them.
In addition to View Day activities on the 11th, DCC will host College Application Week November 11th through the 15th. The goal of College Application Week is to provide those interested in college the opportunity to apply to college for free.
The November View Day is also Veterans Day. DCC extends thanks to area veterans for their service and invites them to take advantage of View Day, the free application week and assistance from a college advisors. Whether you're a veteran or you're planning your transition to civilian life, DCC is committed to helping you achieve your educational goals. The Dawson Community College registrar is the certifying official that assists veterans with educational benefits provided under the Post 9/11 GI Bill, and other programs. If finding money for college is a concern, these events are a good place to get financial aid forms and deadline information needed for a smooth start to college. It can take up to 6 weeks for financial aid applications to be processed. Submitting applications promptly is advised.
