[3]Hunter Balmer out of Brigham City, UT is now currently the 14th leading hitter in NJCAA Division II baseball for the Dawson Community College Buccaneers in Glendive, Montana.
Hunter (#11) is 6'2" and has a .449 batting average at this point in the season. "Hunter is an exceptional player and he is having a great year," said Head Baseball Coach Aaron Carroll. "He hits third in our line-up. He also leads the Bucs in RBI's. Hunter plays shortstop and has been solid for us defensively as well."
The DCC baseball team has 7 more regular season games to play before hosting the Regional Tournament on Saturday and Sunday, May 12 and 13.
