Introduction to Screen Printing Workshop with visiting artist Linda Olson on Saturday, February 9, 10:00 a.m. -7:00 p.m.

Have you ever wanted to make a screen print? Here's your chance. Silkscreen printing, or screen printing, is everywhere. Screen printing is one of the most versatile, low-tech, and easy printing methods available. Screen printing seems complicated to the uninitiated, but this workshop will completely demystify the process. This beginner-level workshop covers:
Limited to six participants, this one day Workshop will guide participants through the basic process of screen printing and the completion of one single color print. Participants should bring a few possible high contrast images (simple silhouettes are a good way to start) and a t-shirt or special paper they may wish to print on. All other materials are provided including paper.
Bring a sack lunch. Some snacks provided and we can order pizza, too.
