I know that running/walking a road race is a potentially hazardous activity. I have enrolled myself and/or my children in Bucky's Turkey Trot. I know, understand, and appreciate the nature of this activity, the discomforts, dangers, and the risks. I am in adequate physical, mental and medical condition to participate in this event. I fully know and understand that my participation and that of my children is voluntary and that I am free to discontinue at any time. I further agree to hold harmless Bucky's Turkey Trot, all agencies and sponsors of the event, and those whose property may be involved in the race. I have read this warning and agree to participate willingly. I understand that entry fees are non-refundable.
