Instructor Hilary Bingham, MA, relocated with her family to eastern Montana in 2018 from northern California. With a graduate degree in Organizational Leadership and an emphasis in Non-Profit Management, she gained an academic perspective that was then applied in the real world. Hilary has worked within various sectors of the education world and in therapeutic environments throughout her career. Having spent the last 4 years managing a regional, multi-grant funded consortium while employed at an organization that issued local grants, she has seen both sides of grant funding. Hilary hopes to share a few things she’s learned along the way while supporting non-profits in obtaining and administering grant funding.
