Transcript Request

The Registrar’s Office only processes written requests with a valid signature, or orders through the online Clearinghouse.

Currently Enrolled Students

End-of-semester transcripts cannot be processed until all classes are graded. Summer requests, will not be processed until all grades for all summer sessions have been posted in August.

Hold Information

If there is a hold on your account, your transcript request cannot be processed.

Online Orders – Credit Card Orders

If you would like order your transcripts online and/or to pay for your official transcript with a credit card, you may do so through our arrangement with the National Student Clearinghouse.

Online orders have an additional $2.25 processing fee per recipient.

Unofficial Transcripts

While we are in our ERP transition from Banner to Jenzabar, if you need an unofficial copy during this transition period, please email registrar@dawson.edu. Please include your name at the time of your enrollment and your student ID number. After October 31, 2026, unofficial transcripts will no longer be issued through the Registrar's Office.
