RFP Project Scope

Dawson Community College is exploring the future direction of its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to acquire and implement an ERP system that provides all the basic functionality of an integrated Student Information System (SIS) (which includes Financial Aid), Financial Information Systems (FMIS), Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and Payroll Information System (PRIS), Reporting and Business Intelligence.

Project Timeline

  • Deadline for Vendors to Submit Questions - March 22, 2024
  • Response to Vendor Questions - Mar 29, 2024
  • Proposals Due - April 5, 2024
  • On-Site Product Demonstration Invitations - April 15-May 10, 2024
