Montana Parapathways Program - Level 1
Parapathways Level 1 - Special Education Modules
Paraeducators who currently work with students with disabilities in a Montana School District qualify for up tp $500.00 incentive pay for the completion of specific Level 1 Modules. Participants will earn $250 for completing the first 20 modules and an additional $250 for the completion of the second 20 modules.
The qualifications to receive incentive pay are:
- Must be currently be employed as a paraeducator in a Montana School District working with students with disabilities.
- Register as an eligible special education paraeducator** in LRP by creating a login and indicate that you are participating in the Special Education Technician Track.
To receive incentive pay, follow these steps:
- Submit a W-9 to Dawson Community College to receive payment(s). Any paraeducator who does not complete and submit a W-9 will not receive incentive pay.
- Note: Only LRP modules included in this list are eligible for compensation until annual funding is exhausted. Paraeducators will only be compensated once for each module, maximum of $500 per person.
