Housing

Dawson Community College has three residence halls conveniently located on campus. Residence hall rooms are organized into two-bedroom apartments with a bath, full kitchen, mudroom, storage room, and living room. Each apartment houses two to three students per bedroom, depending on demand. Owned and operated by the College, campus housing is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Summer housing is also available.

• Housing (per semester): $2,100.00* with 4 students to a dorm
• Non-Refundable Housing deposit: $150

Meal Plans

Meal plan contracts are for the academic year, fall, and spring semesters. Cancellations or changes can be made the first week of each semester. Meal plans can be purchased at the Business Office in the College Main Building.

• Anchors Away/week: $1,575.00 per semester*
• Mother Load/week: $2,200.00 per semester

*minimum plan required for students residing on campus
