Housing and Meal Plan Information and Costs

Housing

Dawson Community College has three residence halls conveniently located on campus. Residence hall rooms are organized into two-bedroom apartments with a bath, full kitchen, mudroom, storage room, and living room. Each apartment houses two to three students per bedroom, depending on demand. Owned and operated by the College, campus housing is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Summer housing is also available.

2019-2020 Housing Costs

  • Apartments (per semester): $1,650.00*
  • Housing deposit: $0
  • Housing application fee: $150.00 (non-refundable)

*includes local telephone service, cable, and wireless internet

Meal Plans

Meal plan contracts are for the academic year, fall and spring semesters. Cancellations or changes can be made the first week of each semester. Meal plans can be purchased at the Business Office in the College Main Building. 

2019-2020 Meal Plan Rates

  • 10 meals/week: $1,305.00 per semester*
  • 16 meals/week: $1,790.50 per semester

*minimum plan required for students residing on campus

Prices, offerings, and serving times are subject to change.

Meal plan participants are not allowed to share food with another person, take food products out of the dining area, or waste food.
